Learn how to make your own from scratch pasta dough, in a guided class with take home references. Chef Nicole will teach you the basics of pasta dough and how to add your own special twist. This class can be modified to accommodate any food allergies.

Sausage Party

Learn how to make sausage from selecting the right cut of meat, to cooking it perfectLy. Chef Nicole will teach you the basics of grinding meat, adding seasonings and stuffing casings. This class can be modified to accommodate any food allergies and/or religious practices.
